About the Night
Olúṣégun and The Stallion is an Afrocontemporary band led by Nigerian saxophonist, vocalist, and storyteller Olúṣégun. Rooted in Yoruba culture and inspired by the everyday poetry of Lagos life, the group blends Afrobeat, Juju, jazz, and indigenous rhythms into rich, immersive soundscapes.
His music touches on identity, resilience, joy, and social consciousness — delivered through powerful live performances that feel both spiritual and communal. His storytelling echoes the traditions of the griot while speaking to a modern African experience.
HUSH Events brings this extraordinary band to Manchester for one night only. Upgrade to a VIP table for premium seating and complimentary drinks throughout the evening.
